PostDoctoral Associate, School of Astronomy
(2015 - 2017 )

Research Interests

I am primarily interested in astrophysical fluid dynamics and nonlinear phenomena, with particular focus on thermal convection and magnetohydrodynamics (MHD). This branch of fluid dynamics describes the interaction of magnetic fields with electrically conducting fluid and is particularly important in explaining the magnetic properties of planets and stars, like the Earth or the Sun.
