Awards

3rd place in the global national University entrance exams in Engineering, 1369,(1990)., Awarded as the 1st grade in my BS class in Sharif University, 1373 (1994)., 1st grade in the global national entrance exam of Masters degree in Physics, 1373 (1994)., I was awarded in Sharif University as the 1st grade in my PhD class (Graduates of 1998)., Khwarizmi Young scientist award in 1380-81 (2001) for my top-cited papers on noncommutative geometry.,(Together with M. Alishahiha) in Azar 1382 (Dec. 2003), in the festival of scienti?c research by the Science ministry in Iran, we were awarded as authors of top-cited papers of the year., 2nd place in the Khwarizmi International Award, Bahman 1384 (Feb. 2006).For the project on the \A Model for Quantum Structure of Space-Time". The Iranian Academic of Sciences

Research Activities

String Theory nowadays is the leading candidate for Quantum Gravity. Exploring various aspects of the theory and in particular what it has to say about the quantum structure of space-time is what I have been working on in the past couple of years. I believe that Matrix Theory formulations for String/M-Theory is the appropriate route to pursue to gain a better understanding about the Quantum Space-Time.
