  Abstract:
Polarized parton distribution inside a constituent quark is calculated. This structure is universal for all hadrons and the polarized structure of any hadron is a convolution of polarized constituent quark distribution in the hadron with the polarized structure function of the constituent quark. This approach gives very good agreement with the experimental data on polarized proton, neutron, and deuteron, However, in order to assemble the components to build the spin the constituent quark we are forced to include a sizeable orbital angular momentum.
