13:30 - 15:00 Weekly Seminar (Online) Cosmological Correlators from Flat Space Feynman Graphs https://www.skyroom.online/ch/soa/weekly-seminar School ASTRONOMY Cosmological correlators, defined by the correlation functions of quantum fields at the end of inflation, hold valuable clues about the physics at play during this period. These quantum fluctuations set the initial conditions for matter and radiation perturbations, which later evolve as they enter the Hubble horizon. By studying the statistical properties of temperature fluctuations in the CMB and matter perturbations in the large-scale structure (LSS), we gain access to these primordial correlators and, in turn, the underlying physics of inflation at very high energy scales (around 1014 GeV). ... |
