14:00 - 15:00 QPM Weekly Seminar (Hybrid Format) Topological Phase Diagram of Iron-Based Superconductor-Semiconductor-Magnet Hybrid Strucutre: A Real-Space Chern Number Approach School QUANTUM PHYSICS AND MATTER The hybrid-structure based on unconventional superconductors provides a rich and suitable platform for engineering topological superconductivity at high temperatures. Previous studies on a hybrid-structure consisting of an iron-based superconductor and a strong spin-orbit coupled semiconductor have demonstrated topological superconductivity while preserving time-reversal symmetry. In this work, considering the key feature of proximity inducing s wave pairing through the iron-based superconductor and Zeeman interaction, we examine the topological phase diagram in the intermediate layer.
