( for participating in this event, please contact us: "particles@ipm.ir" ) 14:00 - 15:00 Weekly Seminar HEPCo Group 3d gravity in Bondi-Weyl gauge School PHYSICS Abstract: I will discuss a recently-introduced gauge and solution space for 3 gravity with arbitrary cosmological constant, which allows to access non-vanishing Weyl charges. This example features many of the subtleties of the covariant phase space formalism, such as symplectic renormalisation, corner ambiguities, and integrable slicing, and will be the opportunity to review how these points are addressed.
