| 11:00 - 12:00 Theory Weekly Seminar (TWS)-skyroom Flat-space limit of extremal curves School PARTICLES AND ACCELERATORS Abstract: According to the flat/BMSFT correspondence, the holographic dual of asymptotically flat spacetimes in (d+1)-dimensions are BMS- invariant field theories (BMSFT). In order to study the flat /BMSFT correspondence, one can start from the AdS/CFT correspondence and take appropriate limits. In the bulk side this limit is the flat-space limit or the vanishing cosmological constant limit. In this talk we introduce a method for taking the flat-space limit from the extremal curves which are used in the calculation of holographic entanglement entropy in the context of AdS/CFT. https://www.skyroom.online/ch/ipm-particles/ ... |
