  Abstract:
We map the terminology of the Modified Newtonian Dynamics to the GravitoElectroMagnetisem approximation of gravity. We then derive the gravitomagnetic field in the -CDM and MOND paradigms before showing that the gravitomagnetic force at the edge of a galaxy can be in accord with only one of them. We notice that MOND enhances the gravitomagnetic force at the Sun-Jupiter gravitational saddle point. The enhancement can be measured by the promised precision of the GINGER experiment. We, thus, argue that measuring the gravitomagnetic force at the gravitational saddle point of Sun and Jupiter will serve as a local test of the MOND paradigm.
