  Abstract:
The study about the O( 2 s ) corrections to the massless quarks and heavy flavor contributions to the longitudinal structure function FL(x;Q2) of proton is presented. We use the heavy flavor coefficient functions and massive operator matrix elements in unpolarized deeply inelastic scattering in the region Q2>>m2. This representation is carried in Mellin space QCD evolution programs. Numerical illustrations for the longitudinal structure function are compared with available experimental data.
